So how did you like Warped Tour?
Warped was great this year! We had a totally different experience than the previous year.
Was it hard to win over the crowds at Warped or did you receive good feedback?
We actually received great feedback. The crowd sizes surprised us everyday. People knew who were which was also awesome.
What would you take away as a learning experience from Warped?
The best way to be successful on warped is to be outgoing, and meet as many people as you can.
Whats your favorite part about touring? Least favorite?
The best part is meeting new fans and playing to a new audience everyday. Least favorite part is eating way too much fast food and not getting enough sleep.
You recently signed to Tragic Hero Records, so howd you guys get hooked up with them?
Tragic hero heard about the band and wanted to help us re-release our EP.
Did you have any other label offers, and if so, what made you sign to Tragic Hero?
We did have a few other offers from various labels. We decided we had a lot of growing to do as a band and agreed we didnt wanna sign our lives away with a big deal just yet. Tragic Hero jumpstarts a lot of younger, newer bands careers so we thought it was a great option for us!
How do you expect life as a band to change now that youre signed?
It will not change much. We will continue to work as hard and care just as much about what were doing as a band before we were signed. It may lead us to bigger and better opportunities and were looking forward to it!
What is something you want to accomplish as a band that you havent already?
Too much to even say! Weve accomplished a bunch in the past year but we havent even stratched the surface of what our ultimate goals are.
So whats next for Kelsey and The Chaos?
More touring. We have a september tour with Freshman 15, Patent Pending and Pull The Pin. We also have another fall tour booked with Forever The Sickest Kids! We will also be writing for our full length release!
